Prepare a checklist of things to do for the next day and stick to it

When we don't have other people to tell us what to do, setting goals the day before will motivate you to do things that you want and have to do.

Your checklist doesn't have to be all obligations, but finishing the level you were on, or finishing a movie. Make sure your checklist is balanced and get into a routine. Shower, deodorant, dress, all that. Itll improve your mental (and physical) state by a lot
