Do some stretches if you spend most of the day sitting down

APT is awful!

Sitting down a lot can lead to APT. Anterior pelvic tilt is no joke. These last few years I thought I had a huge butt, but only recently when I went to a physiotherapist I realised how bad the problem really is. It hurts for me to sit or stand. The only time I feel relief is when I'm lying down. I've spent the last few months trying to correct it, but I'm really struggling.

Trust me if you sit down all day you really should work those hip flexors. Here is a link to some exercises you can do to prevent it so you don't end up like me:
